Choose Deel if
you will run contractors, a contractor of record or US co-employed staff next to EOR employees and want one published price list for all four: $49, $325, $125 and $599. Deel prints coverage of 130+ countries for full employment.
Look elsewhere if
you want a flat price with no 'from', a stated deposit policy or a published FX margin before the demo: Deel's page states none of the three, so the quote has to supply them. RemoFirst ($199), Rivermate (from $319) and Playroll ($399) publish lower starting fees.

The pricing page, in its own words

Deel prints four prices: the Employer of Record ‘starting at $599 per EOR employee per month’, contractor management ‘starting at $49 per contractor per month’, the contractor of record at $325 per month, and the US PEO at $125 per employee per month, which requires a US entity. The EOR block states ‘full legal employment in 130+ countries’; the footer says 150+ countries for the platform. Read on 2 September 2026.

What the page does not say

Three lines that move an invoice are absent. The billing period is not stated, so it is unknown whether $599 is a monthly or an annual-contract rate. The deposit policy is not stated. Currency exchange is described as ‘competitive exchange rates … with minimal fees’ without a percentage. Each has to come from the quote, in writing.

The fee in the whole hire

The tables above price one employee at each country’s example salary through Deel. In India at $30,000 the fee is 18% of a $3,240 monthly invoice; in Germany at $75,000, where statutory charges add 22.3%, it is 7% of $8,240. The fee is the only line Deel controls; the rest is salary and the country’s own rules, sourced line by line on each country page.

Compared head to head

Every provider that prints an EOR price is listed below, cheapest first, with its deposit policy. Two head-to-head pages price the same hire through Deel and one alternative: Deel vs Remote and Deel vs Rippling; the others are on the compare index.
