EOR Scope is run by the EOR Scope Data & Research Team. We collect what governments and providers publish, put it on one ledger, and keep the dates visible.
What this site is for
One question: what does it really cost to employ someone in another country through an Employer of Record, and how does that change from one provider to the next. The answer is a ledger, not an article. Salary, the statutory charges of the country, the fee the provider publishes, the total, and a link to each source.
What we deliberately leave out
- Legal, tax or employment advice. The site describes published rules and prices; it does not tell you whether a contract is compliant. Confirm with the provider and a qualified adviser before hiring.
- Opinions on service quality. We do not rate support teams, interfaces or onboarding experiences, and we do not publish testimonials, star ratings or client logos.
- Market medians. Example salaries are illustrative round numbers, labelled as such.
- Anything we could not read on a page. Where an official page could not be read, the line is marked as coming from a secondary source.
How the site is paid for
Some provider links are affiliate links. If you become a customer after clicking one, the provider may pay us a referral fee. It never changes the price you pay, and it never changes a number on this site: the prices are read on the providers' own pages and the statutory rules come from governments.
