64 changes to employer contributions in 27 countries take effect between November 1, 2026 and January 1, 2035: 56 enacted, 8 announced in a budget and not yet law. Each line repeats what the text it cites says, with the date we read it. The country pages and the calculator price the rules in force today; these changes are not in their totals.

| AR Argentina | Employer contributions to the social security subsystems (SIPA, PAMI, family allowances, employment fund) | November 1, 2026 | NoteFondo de Asistencia Laboral (Ley 27.802, Titulo II): a monthly employer contribution of 1% of the SIPA base for large private employers and 2.5% for MiPyMEs and certain non-profits, paid into an individual employer account (art. 60; ARCA page). Art. 76 gives employers a reduction in the social security contributions set by reference to art. 60 ("equivalente a la que le resulte de aplicación de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 60"); the text does not state a net employer effect and none is computed here. Start: 1 June 2026 in the law (art. 58 ff., extendable by the Executive), moved to 1 November 2026 by Decreto 408/2026 (InfoLEG note); ARCA published the procedure on 1 October 2026. The EOR Scope Argentina page rate is not changed here. Until the FAL starts, art. 167 says employers pay the contribution rates without that reduction. | Enacted | servicios.infoleg.gob.ar read 2026-10-09 |

| BR Brazil | Payroll relief (CPRB) - not available on an EOR hire | January 1, 2027 | Rate 15% NoteOnly employers that opted into the partial payroll-tax replacement of arts. 7 and 8 of Lei 12.546/2011 (CPRB sectors). Not the general case shown on the EOR Scope Brazil page. The 0.15 payroll rate is derived (0.75 x 20% of art. 22 I Lei 8.212), a calculation and not a quotation. | Enacted | planalto.gov.br read 2026-10-09 |
| CA Canada | Canada Pension Plan (CPP) | January 1, 2027date inferred | Rate 5.75% NoteBill C-30 (Royal Assent 18 June 2026, S.C. 2026, c. 22) sets the base employer rate at 4.75% for 2027 and each subsequent year (new Schedule 1 row, clause 43); the EOR Scope Canada page's 5.95% is the base rate plus the 1% first additional contribution, so the combined employer rate of 5.75% is derived (5.95% minus the 0.20-point cut). The 2027 YMPE is not published yet, so the EOR Scope Canada page's cap stays at the 2026 value. Division 5 comes into force on a day fixed by order of the Governor in Council (clause 44); no such order was found at the research date; the start of 2027 is inferred from the bill's wording ('for the year 2027') and Finance Canada's 'starting in 2027'. | Enacted | parl.ca read 2026-10-09 |
| CA Canada | Employment Insurance (EI) | January 1, 2027date inferred | Rate 2.30% · Cap CAD 70,800 / yr NoteCRA lists 2027 as New: maximum insurable earnings $70,800 and employee rate 1.64%. The employer rate 0.02296 is derived (1.4 x 1.64%); the CRA table's maximum annual employer premium of $1,625.57 equals 70,800 x 0.02296. The Quebec table differs and is not modelled. | Enacted | canada.ca read 2026-10-09 |
| CH Switzerland | Occupational pension, mandatory minimum (LPP/BVG), employer half at ages 35-44 | January 1, 2027 | Floor CHF 26,880 / yr NoteCoordination deduction of the mandatory occupational pension rises from CHF 26,460 to CHF 26,880 (the lower bound of the insured slice); entry threshold from CHF 22,680 to CHF 23,040. Decided by the Federal Council (ordinance amendments; the release lists the ordinance texts as documents of 2 October 2026, not read) on 2 October 2026 with the AVS/AI pension adjustment; the same release states these adaptations take effect on 1 January 2027 ('Ces adaptations entreront elles aussi en vigueur le 1er janvier 2027'). | CZ Czech Republic | Not a line on the country page yet | January 1, 2027date inferred | Rate 28.80% NoteEmployer rate for employees in risk-classified work rises from 27.8% to 28.8% in 2027. The ČSSZ sentence puts the increase in a parenthesis right after the 27.8% risk-work rate; the attachment to that rate is by position in the sentence, and 1 January is inferred from 'in the year 2027'. This is not the 24.8% general social security rate, so it has no line on the EOR Scope Czechia page. | Enacted | cssz.gov.cz read 2026-10-09 |

| EG Egypt | Old-age, disability and death insurance, employer share | January 1, 2027date derived from the text | Rate 12.50% NoteArt. 19 raises the total pension contribution by 1 point every seven years from the law's effective date (1 Jan 2020), split equally between employer and employee, until the total reaches 26 %: 1 Jan 2027 is the first step (employer 12 % to 12.5 %, employee 9 % to 9.5 %). The date is computed (2020 + 7 years), not written in the text. The step applies to the clause for insured persons under item 1 of art. 2 (the 12 % / 9 % split); the later steps (2034, 2041, ...) are not tabulated. This line moves the annual cap, not the rate; with the 6.2% employer rate on the EOR Scope United States page, the employer share at the cap is $11,922.60 a year (6.2% x 192,300). | NZ New Zealand | ACC Work levy (Workplace Cover), office classification | April 1, 2027date derived from the text | Rate 0.03% NoteSchedule 3 of the 2025 Work Account levy regulations sets CU 78340 (Computer systems design and related services) at 0.03 per $100 for the 2027/28 tax year and any later tax year, against 0.02 in Schedules 1 and 2 (2025/26 and 2026/27). The 1 April 2027 start is derived from ACC's 'year starting from 1 April' convention, not stated next to the rate. Rate per $100 of liable earnings, so 0.03 = 0.03%. The statute fixes the step as 'the month following the lapse of 36 months from the effective date' (effective date 3 July 2024 per the secondary guide); read literally that could be August 2027, whereas the 1 July day comes only from the secondary guide.
